This figure had been in my mind to be done for quite a lot of time. From the moment I saw it I knew this figure would be perfect for a challenge I had in my mind for myself for a lot of time, that of creating a base which would perfectly resemble and flower garden scene.
This figure might seem easy to do at first look but it was not so it required around 3o hours of work to complete. First of all I wanted the parts to fit as perfectly as possible and this took quite some time. I always give my best when painting and to produce good white shade and good skin tone take quite a bit of time also.
Assembly was not that hard, once you did a good preparation and test fitting job. This time it was the custom built base which took lots of work. The base had to have a sculpted pathway and green grass applied to resemble a garden. The most problematic part however was the flowers. I had to do a lot of research and visit a lot of shops to finally find all the different flowers which were in proportion with the figure.
Glares will arrive, requiring very minimum assembly. No super glue will be required unless you want her fixed permanently to her custom unique flower garden base. This base is unique to this kit, you will not be able to find it with no other one except the Brow Glares which is part of my private collection.
Glares might look poor but she takes care of a rich flower garden. That is quite the contrast I wanted to create.
Some of the comments I received so far on this figure:

themasterjinn - Nicely done. Excellent skin color and their faces are sweet. Also love the bases… those are really well done.
baxojayz - I love seeing paint variations on the same figure! Well done, as always, Joe!
Muntoe - Very pretty job, and those bases are beautiful! *_*
seraph_phoenix - I love the shading, very pretty! I think the brown dress could use more highlights, but just a tad. The colors are nice and the bases are really beautiful. I know it’s hard to find things in-proportion to certain kits but you’ve done a great job! Remember, you can always sculpt some from scratch if you can’t find any to purchase! I love the stone pathway on the bases, it looks really great!
Zephyr01 - What a sweet pair. I love the blue one the best because your shading and highlighting on her dress is fantastic! Their flesh is gorgeous and their faces are so pretty. The bases are wonderful and you did an excellent job of finding flowers the right size. They’re gorgeous! “>”>”>”>”>
steev - Nice work on the figures and as always, your bases are works of art themselves.More Photos:
